Who operates Menyou

Menyou is operated by Hololoop Inc., a Delaware corporation.

Information we collect

We collect information you submit, including names, restaurant details, email addresses, payout details, uploaded photos, video instructions, order information, promoter applications, and support messages. Payment providers process card or PayPal credentials; Menyou does not store complete payment-card details.

How we use information

We use information to create and deliver videos, process and verify payments, provide support, prevent fraud, administer promoter attribution and commission, send transactional email, maintain service security, and improve Menyou.

Uploaded media and AI providers

Uploaded photos and generated media may be transmitted to infrastructure, storage, and AI-generation providers needed to fulfill the order. Do not upload confidential material or media you do not have permission to use.

Cookies, analytics, and referral attribution

Menyou uses essential session and security cookies. In regions where prior consent is required, Google Analytics and Meta Pixel remain off until you allow analytics. In other regions, they may be enabled by default to measure page visits, funnel activity, and advertising effectiveness, with an always-available “Your privacy choices” control in the footer. Menyou honors supported Global Privacy Control signals by disabling analytics. Your preference is stored in your browser. Referral links may set a first-party attribution cookie for up to 90 days so a promoter can receive credit for a later purchase. Browser storage may also preserve order recovery and promoter-interface state.

Service providers and disclosures

We may share information with hosting, storage, payment, email, analytics, fraud-prevention, and AI-generation providers solely as reasonably needed to operate the service. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect users, Menyou, or others.

Retention and choices

We retain order, payment, attribution, commission, and operational records as needed for service delivery, accounting, disputes, security, and legal obligations. Generated download links may expire. Contact us to request access, correction, or deletion where applicable; some records may need to be retained.

Security and changes

We use reasonable safeguards, but no online service is completely secure. We may update this policy and post the revised effective date on this page.
