Terms of Service

Agreement and eligibility

By using Menyou, you agree to these terms. You must be able to enter a binding agreement and provide accurate order and account information.

Your media and permissions

You retain your rights in media you submit. You grant Hololoop Inc. and its service providers permission to host, process, transform, and deliver that media to operate Menyou. You represent that you own the media or have all permissions needed for promotional use.

AI-generated results

AI output is probabilistic and may contain visual artifacts or differ from expectations. Menyou does not guarantee a specific creative result, social engagement, views, customers, sales, or fitness for a particular campaign. Review outputs before publishing.

Orders and licenses

A paid sample purchases one generation attempt unless otherwise stated. Watermarked samples may not be removed, altered to conceal the watermark, or resold. A completed clean-video unlock permits the restaurant to use delivered files for its own organic promotional purposes. Paid advertising, resale, sublicensing, unlawful use, or misleading claims may require separate permission.

Payments and delivery

Prices are shown before checkout and may reflect a valid promotion. Payment is handled through the displayed provider. Verified provider notifications, not a browser return page, determine payment status. Taxes may apply where required. Delivery times are estimates. Unless required by law, purchases are final; subjective dissatisfaction and delays are not refundable, while technical failures are addressed through troubleshooting, retry, replacement generation, redelivery, or service credit.

Promoter program

Promoters must provide truthful information, avoid self-referrals, spam, impersonation, misleading claims, and fraudulent orders. Commissions apply only to eligible verified transactions under the terms shown in the dashboard. Hololoop Inc. may review, reverse, suspend, or withhold commission associated with refunds, disputes, fraud, abuse, or policy violations. Promoters are independent participants and are responsible for their taxes.

Availability and termination

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features and may restrict accounts that threaten service integrity or violate these terms. Third-party outages and AI-provider capacity may delay delivery.

Disclaimers and liability

Menyou is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, Hololoop Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Nothing here excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise.
