Promoter Program Terms

Independent promoter status

You participate as an independent promoter, not an employee, sales manager, legal representative, or authorized contracting agent of Hololoop Inc. You may not bind Menyou or Hololoop Inc. to pricing, scope, deadlines, refunds, guarantees, or contracts.

Attribution

Self-service commission is based on eligible verified sales attached to your assigned code under the terms displayed in your dashboard. Larger assisted leads require a documented introduction to menyou@hololoop.co before proposal work begins. Existing Menyou leads or customers may be excluded. Conflicts are reviewed using referral events, order/payment history, restaurant identity, timestamps, and written introductions.

Commission eligibility

Commission rates and customer discounts may differ by promoter. Only eligible verified transactions count. Visits, abandoned checkout, unpaid orders, self-referrals, duplicate identities, fraudulent activity, refunds, disputes, chargebacks, policy violations, or orders reasonably connected to abuse do not qualify and may be reversed.

Payout review

Commission is subject to the published review period. Payouts are manual through PayPal after the published minimum available balance is reached. The dashboard is informational; Admin records are authoritative. Processing targets are not guaranteed where identity, payment, fraud, tax, provider, or dispute review is pending.

Custom and monthly deals

Self-service commission does not automatically apply to QR menus, displays, websites, integrations, monthly services, or other assisted projects. Additional commission must be agreed in writing before work starts.

Conduct and privacy

Use truthful published claims and your own email identity. Do not spam, impersonate staff, collect payment credentials/passwords, misuse restaurant information, or make guaranteed performance claims. Use restaurant contact details only for legitimate Menyou introductions and follow applicable marketing/privacy rules.

Suspension, changes, and disputes

Menyou may review, suspend, reject, or terminate participation and may withhold or reverse ineligible commission for fraud, abuse, disputes, chargebacks, misrepresentation, policy violations, or legal requirements. Program terms, rates, thresholds, and availability may change prospectively; assigned terms are shown in the dashboard. Contact menyou@hololoop.co promptly with an order ID, restaurant, code, and supporting records for an attribution or payout dispute.
